Major Trump donors are fueling the recall efforts against California Governor Gavin Newsom.

According to a report from Politico on Friday, three prominent Republican donors collectively gave $350,000 to the recall movement. These donors included real estate developer Geoff Palmer, venture capitalist Douglas Leone and retired construction executive Howard Groff.

In the meantime, organizers of the movement said they’ve acquired 1.4 million signatures and expect to meet the requirement of 1.5 million signatures in the coming weeks.
